River Oak AI is founded by Steven Yanicke, PMP, a Connecticut-based technology delivery and Agile transformation executive with over 20 years leading organizational change inside Fortune 100, regulated environments, including Optum Technology and Travelers Insurance.
He currently designs and teaches the applied AI curriculum at Southern Connecticut State University's Office of Workforce and Lifelong Learning, and previously served as an adjunct professor at the University of Hartford and Tunxis College. He holds an AI Strategy and Governance certificate from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Hartford.
Steven is active in Hartford's innovation ecosystem, holding leadership roles with the Hartford AI Collective and Greater Hartford 1 Million Cups.
